We've been following Lauren Halliday (aka the Record Lady) since we started the factory and are thrilled that our founder, Caren, got a chance to connect with her for an ecoustics interview. As ecoustics notes, "Amplifying female voices is vital to the continued growth of the vinyl industry," and we couldn't agree more! We are very proud to be a 100% woman-owned and -operated vinyl factory and to be creating jobs for women in both manufacturing and music.
