Gold Rush Vinyl is looking for its next Production Team Member (PTM) to assist with Shipping & Receiving and join our fast-growing team in Austin, Texas. This role will assist our existing Shipping lead with receiving and cataloging the materials that we use to make our vinyl records, while also preparing products for domestic and international deliveries.

This shift is from 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday at our factory in Austin, TX.

As a PTM, you’ll work closely with your teammates, stepping in wherever help is needed on the factory floor. Your responsibilities may include inspecting freshly delivered materials, shrink-wrapping and labeling products, preparing pallets for pickup and logging outgoing shipments. No two days are exactly the same --and that's part of the fun and challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accepting deliveries, verifying items against packing lists, inspecting for damage and properly storing goods
• Preparing items for shipment, including packaging, labeling and arranging transportation
• Tracking certain inventory levels, updating records and ensuring accurate counts
• Preparing and maintaining shipping and receiving records, including packing lists, invoices and tracking information
• Coordinating with internal teams (press ops, customer service) and external parties (carriers, vendors)
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and operating equipment safely

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using inventory management systems, shipping software and other relevant programs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and stay focused during repetitive tasks
• Effective, clear communication
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not required
• Passion for music not required -- but it doesn’t hurt
